- • Rooms are very noisy. The external staircase is directly attached to the room wall. Therefore, every time someone uses the stairs, it sounds like an earthquake. We had this noise almost all night. Changing rooms was not possible

- • The room. The night lamp did not work and we informed the front desk, they took note but nothing was done. Only one hand towel for 3 people, we requested an additional one but it was not provided. The room had only a partial view of the valley. The stairs going down to the room are not suitable for people with mobility issues
