Quiet place for a city trip
Friendliness of waiters and reception, cool room including facilities in the rooms/common areas, breakfast offered a la carte, small-scale, convenient location in relation to highway and excursions, hospitably received/treated/nothing was too difficult, towels at the pool/shower/toilet, not pushy regarding drinks and food.

- • Parking on own premises is messy/too many cars causing constant parking issues/consuming a lot of staff time/tight in relation to the entrance gate, looks less chic on the inside, for example, damage to the doors & lamps that were not broken, cushions outside on terrace very dirty, more umbrellas at the pool/very hot to eat outside
The hotel is beautiful but unfortunately our experience could have been much better.
The restaurant team is very friendly, housekeeping also super friendly and do an extraordinary job, everything is spotless. The reception service welcomed us very well and even gave us the room before 3 pm.

- • The bathtub takes a long time to fill, they only gave us one toothbrush knowing that we were 2 adults. Also, due to a medical emergency, we were hospitalized for a whole morning at Vall Hebron with our baby, the anesthetist said she would only discharge us if we went to the hotel to be in the air conditioning and not under the heat. We called reception to ask for a late check-out (paying, of course) and the receptionist was very blunt saying no, that the room was sold... he didn't even want to help us a little in finding some other way knowing perfectly well that we have a baby and I mentioned the medical emergency. I searched on Booking and there were available rooms which he did not offer me despite mentioning several times that we would pay whatever. The truth is that this situation tarnished our stay a lot and we are not sure if we would come back.
The personal contact and service are very high here. It is a small-scale hotel in a great environment.

Enchanting place that I highly recommend.
Everything absolutely everything. The delicious breakfast products and the quality of the restaurant as well. The staff is incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful. The pool is a relaxing place and everything is very clean.

A WORTHY EXPERIENCE TO DISCONNECT
What I would highlight the most about the hotel is the feeling of privacy that is felt from the very beginning. The room was very spacious, with a very comfortable layout and excellent lighting, both natural and artificial, which made it even more pleasant. It is a perfect hotel to disconnect and enjoy a quiet stay.

- • The only slightly negative feeling was that there seemed to be a lack of staff at the reception. At times, it seemed like there were very few people to handle all the tasks. Still, I want to emphasize that the two guys at the reception did an excellent job: they were always friendly, attentive, and resourceful, offering a 10/10 service despite the workload they had.
