Fantastic hotel with air conditioning, location, and decoration
The truth is I don't understand many people who leave negative comments on things that are not true, the hotel is spectacular, cleanliness is optimal, air conditioning, and the location make this hotel a very good option, recommended.

- • It is true that there is a bit of trash right in front, but it is common throughout Colombia, you will find it in every corner. Do not dismiss this option because of that, the cleanliness of the hotel and its facilities are checked and clean every day.
It was good, it would have been perfect if the menu were complete and the food were better prepared.
The accommodation was good, beds and pillows very comfortable, good air conditioning, the employees are very friendly, they recommend some things and places you can visit.

- • We paid for the included breakfast and we are a bit regretful, the fruit in the first days was not very fresh, they did not have the full menu or the products that were missing, every day I ordered poached eggs, nothing happened in the first days, on the last day I ordered the same eggs again and they were raw inside and burnt outside, the onion that used to be cooked or caramelized in the first days arrived raw. There were 5 of us at the table, the only thing that arrived together was the fruit, the rest of the dishes arrived in disorder, which maybe some finished eating while yours had not arrived yet. I think that for the price we were paying, the minimum is fresh fruit and better attention in the restaurant... based on the waiting time.
