Not worth the money spent
Overall, the stay wasn't very good. The food was not very good at all. And the service that we received was not very good at all. And basically, our stay overall was not meeting our expectations and it's doubtful that we would stay here again

- • We did like the room with the Jacuzzi tub. Overall, the room was pleasant and the lady that came in and cleaned the room did a fantastic job.
I had higher expectations
The location. The manager Laura is very friendly, but she was only there for 1 day. The replacements are not friendly.

- • The room needs maintenance. I rented a suite but, for the price, it wasn't. The bathroom trash can was broken and they didn't fix it. The faucet in the sink is loose. The bathroom is not comfortable or modern. The hot water was intermittent. The next day they don't replace the tub foam packet if you've used it. The walls of the room are dirty (haven't been painted in a long time). It only has 1 nightstand (the usual and necessary are 2). The decoration is not nice (it lacks). There is no communication with the front desk. You can hear a lot of noise from the street at night. Regarding breakfast, they offer only 1 bread, which we found very little; the coffee is served in a small cup. The parking lot is 4 blocks away and you have to call to have it opened. Before check out, at 11 am, they send you a WhatsApp message indicating that if you go past 12 pm they will charge you for an additional hour, and after 3 pm they will charge you for an additional night; this is uncomfortable (it's pressure) because the conditions were already established before the reservation. In conclusion, for the price, it falls far short of what was offered.
