- • Our room had a non-operational TV, breakfast had few options and the portions were very small. Also, the hallway carpet was stained.
A Day in Santiago
This is a beautiful hotel, well-furnished with period pieces. The staff were friendly and accommodating, spoke English very well. The breakfast provided was wonderful! We stayed on the top floor, in a very large and comfortable room. The hotel is located fairly close (walking distance) to the Santiago downtown city center. We walked through a couple of beautiful neighborhoods on our way to and from the Pre-Colombian museum. The only negative - no elevators! Thankfully, the staff helped us carry our luggage up 4 flights of stairs.

The place is great, historic, and well-preserved. Nice location, fair cost-benefit. Cozy, very nice atmosphere. Staff was helpful. Rooms are large, comfy. Very nice breakfast as well. Nothing to complain, 10/10.
