- • Things that could be improved and that are particularly noticeable: 1. The breakfasts are meager. For a 4-star hotel, a more varied selection would be appreciated. 2. The customer service, unfortunately, leaves much to be desired. Upon check-in, we were given rooms with windows overlooking the courtyard, which was rented out for an event that evening. The music drowned out everything else until the evening, making it impossible to stay in the room. Only after asking a second time were we offered to move to the top floor, where the music was quieter. It's surprising that the management didn't consider this before checking us in. And as we understand from reviews, this happens regularly at this hotel. Therefore, it's best to check whether there are any events scheduled when you check in; you could get into an unpleasant situation. 3. Keep in mind that the hotel doesn't have an elevator. However, they will help with your suitcases upon request.

Beautiful hotel, wonderful staff and fabulous location!
Wonderful hotel in a brilliant location. The staff were incredibly helpful, including assisting us to access medical care for my partner. The hotel itself is beautiful and we would stay again without hesitation.
