The China Poblana mansion was a great decision!
The Suite was very spacious and well designed, excellent furniture, decoration and cleanliness, breakfast in an exclusive area for guests excellent, quick service and very dedicated attention. In addition, the self-service coffee and tea bar was very comfortable and well set up. The location of the mansion is unbeatable!

- • I can't find anything that even caused annoyance, discomfort, or made me think it could be improved; truly congratulations, our stay was excellent!
Perfection.
Everything. Beautiful rooms. Fantastic staff. They treated us like family. The best experience ever. Breakfast was fantastic. Close to everything. Absolutely loved it.

- • We had an incident with the room's minisplit that stopped working and made us feel overheated, and every 10 minutes (because we timed it) we had to try to turn it back on, we had to do it many times

I stepped into a dream and woke up at the China Poblana
This was the most beautiful hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Everything was like a dream. We started every day by opening the tall, old doors in our room to the courtyard, where the central feature is the view of the church dome next door. Early mornings especially were something out of a novel. The location was ideal for sight-seeing while being on a quiet street, which made it perfect for relaxing on the terrace at the beginning or end of the day. Breakfast was delicious and the view every time was magical; the staff was incredibly friendly; our room was peaceful beyond words. We are grateful to everyone we met at the China Poblana and we wish them success for many years to come. We hope to come back, and come back again, and come back again…

Perfect location, incredible service, the staff is very attentive. The rooms were wonderful, with great attention to detail. Their inner courtyard is peaceful and offers a very nice view. The included breakfast was ok.

- • We had requested a taxi for our departure through the transportation service offered; the price was not communicated to us in advance, finding ourselves at 5 am learning that we would have to pay 500 pesos - a quick Uber search offered us a taxi for 100 pesos. I recommend checking your price in advance or opting for Uber.
A memorable and very happy stay.
An absolutely delightful small hotel ideally located in the heart of the historic centre of Puebla. The room was exceptionally beautiful and the bed huge and really comfortable. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive - we didn’t want to leave!
