- • room with MANY cockroaches. bathroom without a shower box, flooded during the shower. evident lack of maintenance on the premises. Bad location, in a deserted, dangerous area, impossible to go out at night due to the risk of robbery.
From the reception, Hotel very well located...the attendants are to be congratulated...especially Priscila and Elisângela...great breakfast...will come back more often

- • Old bathroom, falling shower door, smelly bathroom, air conditioning not working. Breakfast where things ran out quickly and were not replenished. I asked for butter that had run out and they told me there was none left. The next day I asked again and they hadn't bought any.

- • TERRIBLE HOTEL, TERRIBLE BREAKFAST AT 9 AM THERE WAS NOTHING LEFT TO EAT ACCORDING TO THE KITCHEN LADY THERE WAS NOTHING LEFT TO RESTOCK. WE COULDN'T USE HOT WATER FROM THE SHOWER BECAUSE THEY TURN OFF THE BOILER AND ONLY TURN IT ON WHEN THEY WANT IT TO, IT TURNS OFF AT 5 AM AND WE TOOK COLD SHOWERS BECAUSE THE BOILER WAS TURNED OFF. WE SPENT 3 DAYS AND THERE WAS NO CLEANING IN THE ROOM ANY DAY, WE FOUND A COCKROACH IN ROOM 401, I COMPLAINED AND THEY MOVED ME TO ANOTHER ROOM, DIRTY BATHROOM WALLS, BROKEN SHOWER DOOR IN APT 409, THE BEDS ARE SINGLE AND THEY PUSH THEM TOGETHER TO MAKE A DOUBLE ONE WHICH BECOMES TERRIBLE TO SLEEP ON. IN SHORT, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE, EVERYTHING OF VERY POOR QUALITY
Discouraging
