- • A reservation was made for one of the rooms with 2 beds, it was supposed to be specified on the page that my son was also accompanying me, and in the end, they charged me an additional fee for the extra person who was already described in the reservation. It was supposed to include breakfast in the reservation and the next day they simply said no. Lastly, this is not a hotel, it was a hostel, they should indicate what type of accommodation it is.
