All was good BUT the hotel needs to state there is no lift in the building! For people with mobility problems it is super important!

We won't return because of the service at the reception. Not worth its price because of that.
Breakfast very good. It is misleading to provide a price list for hot dishes when breakfast is included, which surprised us. Although there was a wedding on Saturday, it would have been nice to inform us before arrival, as not everyone may appreciate such an event when planning to rest and sleep. However, the room soundproofing was top-notch!

- • Unpleasant communication with the reception from the very beginning and an attitude as if towards people inferior to them. That was our feeling despite our very positive attitude. Failure to show the property, explain standard additional services, breakfasts, or even the possibility of using the casino. A complete disaster compared to other three-star hotels.
