Noisy
Swimming in the sea from the hotel is difficult to find beaches as it is a reef, the option to jump into the sea from the hotel is great.

There were free bikes available. You could snorkel in the sea from the hotel. The staff helped us well with problems with our flight.

It is an impeccable hotel, with exceptional views and location.

- • The waiting time at reception could be improved, when checking out, they give you the option to store your luggage in the luggage room and we found it in a corner without any supervision. The waiting times at the restaurant are excessive, we had to wait more than 35 minutes for a couple of drinks. For everything else, it has been a pleasant experience.

- • The breakfast is very average and not much. The hotel is aging and deserves a renovation, the furniture has lived its life

- • The included breakfast is rather limited and, not being a buffet, the waiting times to receive the dishes can be longer than expected. In addition, the staff was inattentive in recommending an excursion: they confirmed that the cost was 800 pesos in total for six people, despite us explicitly asking for confirmation. Once we arrived, we discovered that the price of 800 pesos was instead per person.
