The only positive note about this property is the location and the staff, who despite communication limitations, are kind and helpful. Otherwise, the property is horrible, with outdated rooms that do not match the illustrative photographs. When I opened the room, it felt like I had entered a horror room, sheets full of hair, bedspread that may have never been changed, dirty floor full of dust and unidentifiable hairs, a bathroom that was disgusting just to look at. I complained to the receptionist, who immediately tried to send me to clean the room with little result because it is precisely the sense of cleanliness that is lacking in this property. Luckily, I only stayed for one night.

basic hotel for short stays
I was coming back from Greece and I wanted to stay at a hotel near the bus station. I wish I had gone back to my previous hotel initially. This is okay for one night, but it is a dated hotel room. The beds were okay, there is an old school small fridge inside. The bathroom was a bit old and seemed as if someone had shaved their beard and it was not cleaned afterwards. They were kind enough to let me check in early.

- • The reception staff is very kind, responsive, and deserves a 9. Unfortunately, the cleanliness leaves much to be desired, and the bathroom is outdated and urgently needs repairs. The biggest discomfort was related to parking. Although we reserved a spot in the courtyard, the reception asked for the car key. In just 6 hours, our car was moved 3 times to different places. This created a continuous state of stress and discomfort for us. The value for money is not justified due to these administrative and cleanliness issues.

Fabulous
Super friendly and helpful staff. Zobeyd and Nour, the managers, were always attentive, kind, and made me feel at home. Great pool. The location is fantastic. Tucked away and quiet, a 5-minute walk from the city center, bus stop, and restaurants.
