- • The shower was clogged, there was a smell of pipes throughout the hotel, the pillows smelled bad, the breakfast was inedible, even the rooms remained uncleaned for days, really the worst experience I have ever had in my entire life.

- • Unfortunately, the real image of the Atrium Hotel Bodrum was very different from what is presented in the photos and the description on Booking.com. For us, the experience was particularly disappointing, and we believe that the hotel does not live up to the level created by its presentation on the platform. From the moment we arrived, the room was not clean. We immediately asked to change rooms, but we were told that there was no other available. So we asked for it to be cleaned properly. However, during our 6-day stay, the room was not cleaned even once, except for that one time we requested it due to the condition in which we received it. We also found a dead cockroach behind the nightstand, which was particularly unpleasant and unacceptable in terms of cleanliness. There were many other problems: - In the closet, there were old, used slippers from previous guests, although new ones had initially been placed. - The bed did not have proper sheets, only a bedspread that I doubt had ever been washed. When we asked for sheets, we were given two clearly crumpled sheets at the reception. - There were only two large towels and one face towel. After the cleaning we requested, they took the used towels and did not leave clean ones. - The closet was almost useless for our clothes, as two very thick duvets had been placed inside, taking up most of the space. - The room's phone was broken, as the cable could not be properly connected to the device. - The bathroom was in poor condition, with visible signs of wear and poor maintenance. - The outdoor and common areas were abandoned and neglected, giving an overall impression of a hotel that is not properly maintained. The breakfast was also disappointing. There was no air conditioning in the breakfast area, even though the temperature was around 30°C.
Even if it were free, I would still hesitate to stay here again.
The location was excellent: within walking distance of the center. The pool was fine.

- • Although they indicated that the air conditioning was working, it barely functioned. The bathrooms had an unpleasant sewage smell. I had booked two rooms, but upon arrival, I was told that a mistake had been made: one room was registered with guests and the other as empty. Because this had not been communicated in advance, I had to pay extra on the spot for the fourth person, despite having reserved two double rooms.
Hotel with potential but totally neglected. A shame

The pool is good and pleasant, although the cleanliness of the sun loungers could be improved. Breakfast is satisfactory, although the selection is almost identical every day. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and the bed was very comfortable. The air conditioning is old but works well, while the furniture is dated but functional. The hotel definitely has a lot of potential.

- • The biggest issue is the overall maintenance of the hotel and the housekeeping service. During our four-night stay, our room was not cleaned even once. We asked for clean towels for two days, but never received them, with the explanation that all the towels were being dried. This is unacceptable, especially during a four-night stay. The furniture and air conditioning are also quite outdated, and the cleanliness of the sun beds around the pool could be significantly improved.
