Sleepless
The location is really great, just a minute from the beach and the promenade, and of course the daily visits from seagulls on the balcony, top floor. We made new friends 😂 The beach is really amazing and the restaurants on the promenade are worth a visit.

- • Unfortunately, it is really cramped, even for small people like me it is sometimes uncomfortably tight. The bathroom is very small and it would have been nice to have a kettle or a microwave in the room. The nights were unfortunately very sleepless because it is just too noisy. You hear it every time the neighbors walk in and out or even during normal conversations.
So disappointing, neglected and deficient that despite having fully paid for the booking, we left several days earlier
Unfortunately, very little. The location is basically fine, but that could not compensate for the massive deficiencies of the room and the overall disappointing stay in any way.

- • Practically everything. The room was in a shockingly poor, neglected, and partially unhygienic condition. The mattress was visibly dirty and stained, we found hairs and other dirt in the sleeping area. Furniture was damaged, tiles broken, walls and plaster partially heavily damaged, various areas were dirty, and there were even cigarette butts lying around. Several spots appeared to be only hastily and provisionally repaired. Overall, the room gave a strongly neglected impression. We addressed the deficiencies at the reception during our stay and showed photos. Another room was offered to us. However, when we asked explicitly if this room was better, we were told that it was the same. Therefore, a room change was not a serious solution for us. The offered new bed linen and fresh towels could only fix a tiny part of the problems. Additionally, the night before our departure, there was an extremely loud argument in the neighboring room, during which, in our impression, objects were thrown through the room. It was practically impossible to sleep. We were so disappointed and dissatisfied that we cut our stay short on 09/09, even though we had booked and paid until 09/14. The attitude of the accommodation afterwards was also particularly disappointing. Despite extensive photo documentation, on-site complaints, early departure, and involvement of Booking.com, a refund was denied. For us, this was one of the most disappointing hotel stays we have ever experienced. Based on our experience, we would definitely not book this accommodation again.
Room very clean and lovely bed!
Friendly, helpful staff (a few English-speaking). The location was a bit further from the theater and parking garage, but easily walkable (15 min). Breakfast was very extensive and more than enough. Plenty of towels available, also a safe in the room. No problem to enter at night with key card. Although check-in is at 15:30, you can leave your luggage early!

- • Light in the bathroom (automatic) turned off during showering. There was no coffee/tea facility in the room (but there was a TV!). Coffee/Tea was lukewarm upon arrival/check-in (in the lobby), but it was friendly of them to offer us something! The room was not very spacious.

Very bad! One should get a refund of the costs!
Unfortunately, nothing was as shown in the pictures on the internet/Booking! It was not really clean. There was a constant unpleasant smell. The equipment was old and run-down. Really extremely old and worn out! Not acceptable at all for the price! Also, regarding the parking situation... (there are about 5-6 parking spaces for €27.50 per night. The staff has to move the vehicles multiple times a day to access the different cars! Also, the key must be handed in, which can be difficult at times! Free parking spaces on the street are few. The cost for that is €50 per day! Really outrageous!!!

I don’t recommend this hotel.
Only the location was good, but paying €27.5 for parking per night was ridiculous.
