- • 1. We booked 8 rooms, which were supposed to be made available for us at the time of check-in at 15:00. 3 of the rooms were only made available to us at 15:45. 2. The hotel staff assured us upon check-in that breakfast was included in our rate but then later proceeded to charge us additionally for all rooms. 3. Breakfast was only basic and nowhere near what one would expect when the room rate is €600 per night.

- • Unfortunately, the room overlooked a very dreary courtyard. Thank goodness we were only there for 1 night, as this was disappointing. Could I suggest that perhaps they add some nice flowers, pots, statue, etc., to lift the space.
Very nice staff, fantastic breakfast, central location and still very quiet. Beautiful furnishings.

Beautiful hotel, with friendly attentive staff. Fun bar with creative drink offerings. Wonderful restaurant with delicious food. Outstanding location for easy walking to many of the key Brussels attractions.

- • On the side, two points. The living room of the suite overlooks the street and the windows of the building opposite have a direct view of the living room: no curtain for privacy. The wardrobe lights up when opened (good). Except there was a problem with the door and the wardrobe (next to the bed) would not turn off. I had to wedge a pillow so the door would close and the wardrobe would turn off. :-)
