After a first-class visit one week earlier, it was so unexpected to be disappointed on our return.
We stayed at the hotel 1 week earlier for 2 nights and had a fantastic time. Unfortunately, our return visit was nowhere near the same quality.

- • We found the bathroom in such a large room was so small and cramped. It was very difficult to get into and out of the shower, having to maneuver around the toilet to open the shower door. There was also a terrible smell of drains which I assumed was coming through the AC, which was awful.

Best stay in Seville!
This property is amazing! Very palace-like and ornate but yet comfortable. The pool was incredible- if the weather is nice, must make time for the pool. The spa was small but we enjoyed a nice massage.

Excellent location, beautiful hotel with typical Andalusian architecture. Good breakfast with many options. Restaurant and breakfast staff were friendly, and the valets were also friendly.

- • A bit expensive and communication with the reception was somewhat difficult when making the online reservation through booking.com. I had to reserve a third room that was not really necessary.
