Happy about the recommendation we received at Gran Salinas to come to this hotel.
First, excellent location, 3 minutes from the plaza and the basilica. Perfect. Easy access roads to everywhere in the city or for car trips in the Salta area. We arrived due to the events of 15.9, the location is perfect - going down Belgrano Street and immediately watching the impressive parade. The fact that the dining room opens at 6 - a big bonus!!! The hotel staff is dedicated and polite.

Everything is excellent!!! From the moment you arrive, the reception is already of special attention. The hotel is beautiful and located a few blocks from the peñas, so you don't need to move the car to get around. The breakfast is varied and exquisite! It has 3 elevators that avoid long waits. The restaurant is also highly recommended!

BEST HOTEL IN SALTA (real 5 stars)
All the staff was excellent, from the person who opens the door at the entrance, the reception staff, cleaning staff, restaurant staff, very polite, friendly, and attentive.

- • Just received a room at 4:00 pm, it was on the first floor 112 and all I could see were buildings, having booked it through Booking well in advance. The pillows and mattresses are old, nothing like the service they had when the owners managed it and not now by Melia. I took 2 waters from the minibar and they charged me a robbery price. It used to be a Grand Hotel that has declined.
