- • The air conditioning could not be used due to the noise, the water was cold, the bathroom is very small, the toilet is for children and there is nowhere to put your feet, the staff is very noisy at breakfast, they wake you up.

- • Breakfast is not good, there was no hot water in the room, therefore, not in the pool either. The parking is average, not managed well. I had damages to my vehicle because I couldn't park in the same place and when I asked for cameras or something to find responsibilities, I felt like they were pulling my leg.

- • Lack of hotel maintenance. I tried to shower at night and there was no hot water, something unacceptable in the middle of winter. When I contacted reception, they informed me that the boilers were off and the solution was to wait approximately two hours for the hot water to return. Obviously, that was not a solution, as my intention was to bathe and rest, so I ended up showering with cold water. The next morning, my partner could barely shower with lukewarm water. It is incomprehensible that a hotel does not guarantee a basic service like hot water for its guests, especially during winter. Unfortunately, this situation significantly affected our stay and demonstrates a worrying lack of maintenance and foresight on the part of the establishment.
