The staff were efficient and very helpful especially Antonio at Reception who gave very clear directions. The decor of the hotel is elegant and the location is good--a quiet area but within easy reach of many attractions.

- • September is the peak season, so paying around 1100 euros for one night in a suite is expensive, but considering that, I think the hotel quality is appropriate for 300-400 euros per night. The staff are friendly, but the handling of tasks is amateurish and unprofessional, which I have experienced several times. The breakfast is decent for Venice. The coffee machine is a Nespresso, but they provide cheap, unbranded capsules that taste bad, which was disappointing. If they charge a hefty sum of 1100 euros per night, they should realize that there are significant issues, starting from the management. They always provide too few towels and water, so we had to ask for more.

- • We asked to iron a dress and the boy at the reception was very rude, seeing two young girls, he also treated us badly. In the end, they didn't iron the dress for us but gave us an iron and we had to do it ourselves

It suited us very well and we would recommend it.
The room, especially the good bed. We all slept very well. The breakfast was excellent - only the rooftop terrace, there are too few seats for breakfast. The location is great - especially a supermarket is nearby and good restaurants and cafes. Reception is great, very friendly and helpful to ensure that everything works.

- • Rooftop terrace - could be much better utilized - the equipment is not optimal. In the evening, the bar atmosphere is not there, although the bar itself with the bartender is perfect.
