The hotel was near places we wanted to go, but air conditioning was not cool enough on the third floor

The front office manager was rude and refused to move our rooms from the ground floor which was noisy as right next to r

- • We were given 2 bad rooms on the ground floor near reception. It was noisy and when I asked staff to change the rooms I was ignored and told they were fully booked, yet they obviously weren’t as I could book rooms for those days online.
