- • There were good bathing facilities, but there was no opportunity to dry towels, which is unfortunate when staying for several nights. This will affect the overall rating of the stay.

- • The receptionist did not seem interested in solving the problem, which she believed was there, regarding double booking. I felt belittled when she said that booking through Booking.com and directly with them was like shopping at Salling versus Magasin.

- • It's just not quite there. Leaking kettle, you have to switch the sockets of the fridge with those of the kettle. Claustrophobic room. The staff was busy with an evening concert with food, so no time for arriving hotel guests. Breakfast was also very busy, many concert-goers stayed overnight, making it very messy during breakfast. The staff was not prepared for the crowds.
