The room was excellent with a wonderful view across the Gironde. The area where the hotel is situated is a little run down but access to transport is convenient. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was great; spacious, comfortable, and quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good but over the period we stayed, the service and availability of items; juice and cold meats (for example), became a problem. The location of the hotel was close to the river and public transport but it isn’t the nicest part of the city and walking through these areas in the evening isn’t the best
