Modest hotel but strategically located for reaching Malpensa Airport. Simple and clean rooms, some details not fully functional (wobbly toilet seat, shower doors that do not close properly, fridge... warm!). Overall sufficient for one night's stay, despite the poor soundproofing that allowed us to startle due to the unruly behavior of a rather agitated guest. Inadequate breakfast, especially regarding the gluten-free options, for which I had taken care to inquire about availability in advance, receiving an affirmative response.
