- • We had two triple rooms reserved and they gave us two doubles. After protesting, questioning our reservation, and paying 20€, we got one triple and one double room
A lot of noise
Clean place and the restaurant serves great food

- • The air conditioning makes noises every few minutes with a strong vibration that even shakes the headboard, even when turned off. This makes rest difficult along with hearing everything from other rooms
A very pleasant weekend in Benavente!
The staff's treatment is always very good, and the room has everything you need!
