- • During my stay, the Wifi hardly worked. As I needed it many times, it made things a bit difficult and somewhat disrupted the experience.
I really enjoyed the interaction they have with the guests. Also, the comfort in the warm rooms.

- • Extremely dirty accommodations, poor, old and almost abandoned like stage rooms and bedding clothes. No heating system working for the cold of Santiago
