Loved Granada and staying at Hospes Palacio de los Patos
Staff are very attentive and helpful. Beautiful property, 1 hour of free spa, free sparkling wine and chocolates with robe and slippers. Staff even put water in my car for my drive :). Exceptional!

A dream come true!
Good afternoon: It has been a pleasure to stay with my wife at your hotel on the occasion of my 65th birthday and our attendance at Ricardo Mutti's concert at the Palace of Carlos V. Our case is a bit special as my wife is from Granada and has a house in the city... but on many occasions passing in front of the Palace, we talked about staying sometime... The opportunity arose because we were given a spa visit and a dinner at the hotel, so we decided to complete the experience with a weekend stay, which has been a total success... The atmosphere of the hotel, the hospitality of all the workers, and the attention to detail is what truly makes the stay a five-star experience. - • Bathrooms have marble floors and I am 88 and was slipping..dangerous..a rubber mat was put in the shower but outside the shower, dangerous

Hotel great but need more staff and organization at breakfast.
The bedrooms were very clean and tidy and very comfortable. The breakfast, however, was a bit chaotic. The waitress didn’t write down our order and got it wrong! They were very short-staffed at breakfast.
