Location was so handy to the Hollywood Bowl and Hollywood Boulevard and metro. Helpful and friendly staff.

Easy access from the 101 and a good location.
Great location. The website indicates parking for $22 but spaces are very limited. We were directed to park at Ovation mall which is easily accessible with a large parking structure at a cost of $25. The staff is very attentive. Alvin and Patricia get 10 stars!!

Super location
The room, cleanliness, and location of the hotel are great. The lady who prepares and serves breakfast is great, and the entire staff is nice and friendly.

- • The only thing to criticize about this hotel is that breakfast is served on paper plates with plastic cutlery. Also, the coffee is served in a Styrofoam cup, the amount of waste generated daily is insane. Considering the size of the hotel, it shouldn't be a problem to buy a few porcelain plates and cups and invest in a dishwasher. But that's really the only flaw with this accommodation.
Stop at every trip to Los Angeles
The reception is super warm, special mention for Patricia at breakfast. The comfort and proximity to the Walk of Fame.

The staff were nice especially the lady who makes breakfast (Friday- Sunday I think). Breakfast is really basic- you get a bagel and a coffee basically. Location is good for tourists as tourist tour buses stop nearby, you have the metro to go to universal or other places and we got a tour bus to Santa Monica. Beds comfy, rooms spacious. No extra facilities like gym.

- • Local area is dirty and many homeless drug addicts. They don’t really bother you but when we visited Santa Monica and Venice, it was much nicer but then you wouldn’t be in a central location to do other things.
