- • Its great to see that works are happening to upgrade but it would have been good to know before booking or offered a refund. We appreciated the alternative arrangement for the pool but it was a big inconvenience and that was the main reason we booked here.

- • Inconvenience of the current works and no pool on site - would have been good to know sooner or offered refund
A great "base" to stay in Singapore - especially if you're there to shop, or for the entertainment!
The people. Saravanan and Irfan and the other gentleman at the reception whose name escapes me at the moment made our stay special! Having said that - It's very hard reviewing hotels in Singapore because one spends so little time in them. This time though we had an excellent meal at the Indian restaurant which was excellent - and singlehandedly handled by Mr. Saravanan, who did an excellent job, catering to our whole group of tired, crazy shoppers!

- • The hotel did inform us that there were renovations being undertaken during our stay there, so we weren't surprised when there was noise of heavy machinery working - in all honestly, this wasn't much of an issue because we were not at the hotel for many hours of the day!
