- • It was uncomfortable to occasionally have the smell of smoke entering the room because smoking was allowed in front of the elevator. Generally, it is better to expect to feel uncomfortable with the smell of smoke when leaving the room and going outside the hotel. There are quite a lot of people smoking everywhere in Dalian.
It's a good deal with breakfast included!

One receptionist was nice, except for the bath.

- • There was no hotel guidebook-like item in the room, which is common in most hotels. It may be a cultural thing in China, but the receptionist's service was extremely poor, and I thought I would never stay at this hotel again. Even though the shower curtain was properly set, water spilled out of the bathtub.

Excellent location and good value for money
Quite decent breakfast as expected from a Holiday Inn chain. Excellent location in the city center with good access to nearby restaurants and tourist attractions.
