- • We arrived 4:30, and the room is not yet ready. We have to wait for 30 mins before we get our room considering it should be ready by 3pm. And also, 2 incidents of false alarm it's very inconvenient.

- • One FO on a long weekend, also isn’t good handling multiple check-ins at once. Got in pretty late, messed up the room, had to come back to give another room since we booked a jet tub room. Not worth the money
