Cockroach in the room, Non-functioning AC

- • There was a cockroach in the room, I complained to the front desk who was nonchalant, I asked for another room and she gave me a one-bed room instead of 2 beds room that I booked without disclosure. I was walked back and forth multiple times with a tired daughter, carrying luggage between room and front desk. Eventually she told us we either take the one bed room or nothing she could do. Reluctantly, we slept in the room with the cockroach. The air conditioning was not working properly, it was hot and we were drenched in sweat
