Had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn. The food was delicious, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. The hotel has a great atmosphere and made our stay very enjoyable. Special thanks to the staff, especially Ashish, who was very polite, helpful, and professional. Excellent service overall. Highly recommended!

Great stay!
It was the first time traveling for our toddler, and the stay at the hotel was an enjoyable one! We particularly valued the special attention given to our little one by the hotel staff. A special note of appreciation to Donna and Rose for always making sure that we never lacked anything! Words of appreciation also go to Imran and Ajith for their help and support throughout! Definitely recommended!

Very beautiful hotel
I had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn & Suites Dubai Festival City. The hotel is very clean, modern, and perfectly located with easy access to Festival City Mall. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. Breakfast at Sirocco was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to suit all tastes. The quality of food and service really stood out. A special thank you to Ashish from the staff for his outstanding hospitality—he was very professional, friendly, and always ready to help, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers. I would definitely stay here again!

Had a great breakfast at Sirocco Restaurant. The food was fresh, well-presented, and full of flavor. Special thanks to Ashish Bimal for the excellent service—very friendly and attentive. A perfect way to start the day.

Suitable if the prices are reasonable
The location is excellent, and the rooms are quiet. The cleaning services are average; I was out at 9:00 AM and returned at 3:00 PM, and the rooms weren't cleaned until I asked the staff. Bathroom amenities like brushes and some accessories were missing, and the handwashing sink was clogged. The price is extremely, extremely, extremely expensive.

Horrible experience
They were totally understaffed. For two days, they didn’t fill up the shampoo and conditioner bottles in the bathroom. We were not even provided enough towels. My past experiences have been good, but this time it was very bad service. The supervisor and reception staff were not interested in listening to the complaints and least bothered and purposely ignoring.

Great service in the restaurant
The breakfast and the hotel facilities are amazing, and the staff has great customer service, especially Ashish. He was very helpful with guiding me through the restaurant during breakfast at Sirocco. I will definitely come again
