From the day we arrived to the day we left everything was great from the reception staff who were always very helpful to the bar/Restaurant the staff were brilliant It’s the staff that makes this a great hotel to stay in

Room was spotless clean, as was the pool area and hotel common areas. Breakfast was very good & had plenty of options to suit everybody. Very quiet and chilled out at the pool areas during the day which was lovely. Will definitely stay here again.

- • Everything was going well until we got to breakfast and the circuit breakers tripped. The toaster didn't work, only one coffee machine was operational, and the other two were turned off. It was a bit chaotic

Breakfast is buffet style and very complete. For those who enjoy a good breakfast and then spend the day with just ice cream, it's a great choice.

- • The dinner on the last day was chaotic in organization. They stopped doing buffet and started serving à la carte, which was chaotic. I think they must have realized the mistake they made because there were many complaints. Until this day 4*.

- • I stayed for five nights, the first three, with dinner served buffet-style, were acceptable. However, on the fourth night (day 14), due to reduced number of guests, it was served à la carte, which resulted in a very poor service performance, in my opinion, not from the dining room staff, but from the kitchen service, with many complaints about the delay in being served. I want to commend the dining room manager Isa Lourenço who went above and beyond, both in welcoming guests, apologizing, and even transporting meals to guests. And also to the employee Rita. Just to add, I entered the dining room at 8:00 PM and left at 9:50 PM.
