- • The terrace was dirty. The restaurant only offered pizza and the sports bar menu was quite limited. The peak season in Åre starts only after Midsummer.

- • The sofa bed was worn out, and there were some marks on the walls. Should have had blackout curtains in the bedroom.

- • But there were shoe marks on the floor when we arrived. Overall, a feeling of neglect in cleaning. Waking up around 4 am every night with back pain because of the beds. Ruined a lot of the trip.
Wonderfully clean and comfortable
This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment was wonderful as it was clean, comfortable and had room for all of us. Plenty of room for ski gear/boots etc... And a fabulous clothes dryer and sauna. Loved it! Staff were attentive and fixed the lock on one of the doors straight away.

- • I was a little cautious walking on the icy path back to the main building but it didn't worry my teens!

Of course, the team is incredibly good! But it was very spacious and what we all were positively surprised by was that the sauna was so spacious.

- • There is really nothing to complain about, some of us thought the pillows were a bit thin, some of us thought they were okay. Some of us complained a bit about the hard beds, some of us thought it was okay. So it mostly feels like a personal preference.
