Good location. Great service. Comfortable beds. Beautiful pool (if there weren't some annoying tourists who jump into the pool sweaty and without showering...)

- • We found the rooms a bit small. These were the smallest rooms we've ever had in Asia. I found it boring that almost the same breakfast was served every day, 98% of the time. More variety in Vietnamese dishes would be great. But even so, there was something to eat.
Truly felt like a 5-star experience, impeccable customer service!
The Customer Service here is top-notch. From pre-arrival airport arrangements, room upgrades, etc., everything was truly well done. I can't find any negative things about it at all. Honorable mention to Chloe, she took the time to ask how our stay was, what could be improved, etc., and gave us recommendations for tailors in Hoi An. I observed her interactions with other guests, and it's simply not scripted; she tries to tick the boxes because she was told to do it; it's a genuine conversation. The breakfast varied throughout our 3-day stay, and the service was always prompt. The room is tastefully decorated, truly a gem that felt like 5-star hotel service for us. They also offered a free bike rental service, which we used to cycle to Hoi An old town. It took us 10 minutes. Plenty of eateries nearby, and if you are game, there is a popular chicken rice shop next door that is always packed! Highly recommended!

- • Nothing! If I were to be picky, the front desk personnel during the night shift could be a bit more friendly and say Hi and "Wish you a good evening" as a soft interaction with the patrons. We also tried the massage here - took the Blossom package with a 40% discount for guests staying, it was a bit underwhelming, I must say. The massage is good, but I didn't enjoy the facial (the hot steaming I am not a fan of, and the therapist didn't explain a word of what skincare she puts on my face and the steps that are coming so we can be prepared, I also don't know what she had done to it really?! Plus the body scrub experience, which was really not enjoyable. I'd skip it if I were given the chance. We had a better experience elsewhere, but that's just personal preference if you want to live up to the 4-5 star hotel experience.

Beautiful rooms and staff were great, just an overall top-notch experience even when leaving in the early hours of the morning at 4:20 am. They made us a breakfast pack to go.

The staff, especially Chloe and Victor, were amazing. This is more like a five-star luxury hotel. Stunningly decorated and comfortable. I would stay here again and highly recommend +++
