- • Got stuffed around with the wrong key to my room (numerous people were in the same boat). Ridiculous that no staff are at reception from 6pm onwards. The place is a ridiculous maze.

- • Reception closes at 6 in the evening, we arrived after this time and there was a sign saying they had sent the information to our email. This was not true, we had not received anything. We sent a message through the booking chat, but received no response. We called the contact number and the person who answered did not speak good English and did not understand the situation. They said they could not find our reservation and asked us to check the next day. It was late and we had to find another hotel in the city, even though this one had been booked for a while. Additionally, the location was very far from the city.
