Great hotel, spacious room, delicious breakfast. We enjoyed every moment travelling as a family of three. We had to shorten our stay by one night due to the typhoon approaching Okinawa and staff members allowed us to receive a refund and were super friendly showing great customer service.

Everything was excellent, from start to finish. We stayed 5 nights in Lanai Suite and had a fantastic experience.

- • Remote location with no commercial facilities, rooms have a different view from what the website describes, all rooms face the road and are very noisy, front desk staff claiming to be the manager have an arrogant attitude, breakfast area is crowded and noisy, room rates do not match the quality.
