The steam room, jacuzzi, and the room itself are all nice. Staff is generally pleasant.

- • Room service food was ridiculous, but you can easily order out. The gym is a bit limited but usable. One annoyance was a staff member at the pool area while I was trying to chill in the jacuzzi moving about and just being odd. Dude, just go sit out of the way and stop being annoying. Vibe kill.
There is a main road downstairs in the sea view room, a bit noisy at night.

Not a very good experience.
The pillows are too low and thin, can't sleep well. Breakfast is average, compared to other nearby five stars, it falls short. Everything else is fine, but this hotel allows pets, the dog in the isolation room barks non-stop at midnight, making it even harder for us to sleep.

Fantastic new hotel in Zhuhai
The hotel is very new and should have opened around the same time as the Double Tree in Hengqin! The location is good, and the view is marvelous. The sea view room offers a clear view of the Macau Tower and Macau city. The hotel provides five-star Hilton facilities and service. The management of peak crowds during breakfast hours is similar to that of other international five-star brands. We also noticed managers from other departments helping with breakfast when the restaurant was fully occupied, which sets it apart from other hotels or so-called five-star hotels. Well done, Hilton Zhuhai! I am very satisfied with this accommodation experience. I hope that Hilton in Zhuhai can excel in all aspects of hotel maintenance. By the way, the Hilton in Futian, Shenzhen is really poorly maintained. My hope is that Hilton Zhuhai will maintain the Hilton standard in both hardware and software in the future. Special thanks to Ivan (the staff from the front desk department, I guess) for exceptional service and attention to detail!
