- • - noisy aircon and that it doesn’t cool as strong - breakfast repetitive and too simple for a 5 star hotel - spa is next to the bar and impossible to relax at the terrace as the music from the bar can’t be turned off, loud music at the breakfast area outside ruins the atmosphere

- • Terrible quality breakfast, the breakfast room itself is small and very puritanical, very poor selection, the quality is below criticism. Old-fashioned tables, not nice chairs, even the minimal selection is of unacceptable quality. Approximately 6 types of food-like products to choose from, ice-cold scrambled eggs, 3 types of unhealthy ultra-processed cold cuts. 3 types of fruit in the selection but for example, shortly after breakfast, watermelon was already gone, upon my request, they said it ran out???!!! I have never encountered breakfast service of this quality, I read that others also criticized it. I was at the Hilton Tallinn before, they could learn from it in terms of breakfast and breakfast room.
