- • The hotel is under major maintenance in facade and elevators flooring is damaged in many areas and in the room which caused noises when anybody step on Room makeup was soo bad that always missing to refresh towels, water and coffee corners
I hated my room so much , that I had to leave spending only 2 hours instead of 2 night at your Hotel . I’ve sent a letter to a manager almost a week ago and got nothing back . Wasted so much money . Too sad and extremely disappointed.

Hilton 5 day stop
The hotel was situated just off the Royal Mile ,5 mins from the train station. We were walking distance for many of the historical attractions and amenities.

- • Breakfast is overpriced for what you get. Toilet paper is horrible, rooms smaller than other hotels, elevator takes forever which makes it hard, especially when you have luggage. it says that there is laundry service, but it is very very expensive they make you pay per item. It’s four dollars for a pair of socks and nine dollars for a shirt, etc..
Lovely, spacious room. located in the heart of old Edinburgh near our coach point Excellent evening meals with outstanding headwaiter, morning breakfast could have been service better. Reception very helpful

- • Room service did not seem to understand what allergic to feathers/down meant. Even after contacting reception about the 4 feather/down pillows and the arrival of 2 non-down pillows, the feather pillows were left out on the bed - we had to l0ck them in the wardrobe
Aircon not working. Very uncomfortable. Moth in the room. Too expensive.

- • The aircon in the room was broken. The windows did not open. It made the room extremely uncomfortable (during a hot summer even for Scotland). As a result, I barely slept. This was not worth the £250 I paid for the night. When I told the staff in the morning, they did not seem to care. In addition, the bathroom's cleanliness was not quite what one would expect from a £250/night hotel. There was also a moth flying in the room.

- • No parking. The parking is a long ways away and it cost about 20 per night even with the 20% discount. Be prepared to hike your luggage straight uphill on cobblestone, most likely in the rain. The bed was not the most comfortable either.
La posizione è centrale ed è ideale per le visite in città e vivere i locali di notte. La camera è piuttosto tranquilla e pulita, il bagno adeguato. Il personale è cortese, in particolare quello dell'area colazione. Dopo una iniziale difficoltà con la camera, siamo stati ben seguiti in italiano da un ragazzo italo-britannico dello staff (Enrico) per tutto il soggiorno.
