Very friendly staff, otherwise I didn't feel comfortable.
The waiter in the restaurant was very friendly, the food was good. The lady at check-in was also very nice.

- • Getting old, no changing table, decor somehow not to my taste.
Hilton worthy!
The spacious room, nice bathroom with walk-in shower and the large comfortable bed! Welcome drinks and the minibar. Large spacious parking garage.

- • The pillows were very uncomfortable, the mattress not exceptional. We had a very bad night. We had planned to eat at the hotel restaurant and when we wanted to go eat, there was a private event that prevented us from accessing the ONLY restaurant in the hotel!! unacceptable, evening completely ruined.
A perfect venue for our weekend away to celebrate our 29th Wedding Anniversary.
The entire experience was spot on. There wasn't anything not to like. The reception staff were very helpful and professional and thankfully tolerated my atrocious German.. The hotel was lovely and its location was completely safe and quiet.

- • The only thing that was slightly lacking was the bar service. There were two main bar staff during our stay and they both had a habit of disappearing into the back room leaving the bar unattended. On one occasion we ordered a last drink and the bartender disappeared and forgot our drinks. By the time he reappeared 30 minutes later (after a member of reception went to fetch him) it was too late.
Didn't sleep because of room next to the elevator.
Location and cleanliness.
