The breakfast, besides being very crowded and noisy around 9am (7am was better), was really good. Many options, good quality food and well organized. Staff were great and the location is the best in town!

- • The Hilton Copacabana has become an old, worn-down lady. This is no longer worthy of 5 stars, at least not for its accommodation. I wonder who decorated the hotel and its rooms… No bedside lamps, torn curtains, all very basic! Also, there is a constant blowing of wind/mechanical noise day and night, I believe from the 6 elevators going up and down (I was on the 16th floor). Pools are small, but that is common for hotels in this area on the beach. The Sheraton further down Ipanema/Leblon is also old but on all counts a better option!
