We had a perfect stay
We needed to catch the train, so the location was perfect because it's only a 15 minute walk to the train station. The interior design of the lobby and room were beautifully done. The cocktails in the bar, and the buffet at dinner were very good.

While we only stayed one night as a stopover we were made to feel just as important as someone staying longer

The staff were lovely, room very comfortable and food was amazing at buffet breakfast, buffet dinner & Emperor’s Wok resturant.

- • The pool area and equipment is an outdated style compared to other luxury hotels. No drinks allowed in the pool although other hotels allow.

Except for the attitudes of some, it was on the whole excellent.
Reception was excellent. It was a very comfortable stay. Clean room and very good location.

- • Online, requested to extend the check in time as the arrival was in early morning but the reservations wanted to charge for the whole day previous. Thought they were more money minded than helping but agreed to pay the full sum. Lobby cafeteria, cashier doesn't give any change money when paid in rupees nor he informs that he doesn't have any change money to give. (It was only 12 rupees but on principal I value discipline.)
