- • De soms slecht Engels sprekend personeel ( wat toch raar is in een Engelstalig land)

- • When we arrived to the room, the towels were very dirty in both rooms. We lost our confidence in the cleanliness at this point. The area outside the room needed updating

Very friendly staff in a great location.
room and location great. Loved being able to open the door for air. Maybe a screen for night security? Would have been nice to have a biscuit to have with a cuppa. Liked the water bottle to get water - no plastic.

- • no biscuit to have with a cuppa. Very noisy in our room on a Saturday night. Not sure where the party was, had to put earplugs in so was ok then. Pillows were all the same - feather. Would have liked a choice available.
