- • I was at the hotel on 14/9 with a booking, and after arriving at the reception, I was informed that I had booked for 1/2/27 instead of 14/9/26. As per the employee's request, I canceled the reservation, and the reservations department will refund the full amount to my account. I received a message from Booking.com that the total amount for canceling the reservation was deducted by 1.2 Jordanian dinars. This contradicts the employee's request and the agreement reached between me and the employee. I kindly request the refund of the agreed amount. Thank you
