We had a great stay. The location is excellent, and the variety of swimming pools was fantastic, offering something for everyone. The gym was also very well equipped and made it easy to keep up with our workouts during the stay.

- • Unfortunately, the service did not meet the standards expected from a five-star hotel. The staff at the infinity pool and restaurant often seemed uninterested and unmotivated, which made the overall experience less enjoyable. I ordered Eggs Benedict for breakfast on three consecutive days, and each time they were served cold. In addition, the quality of the dish itself was disappointing and well below what I would expect from a five-star hotel. Another issue was that during breakfast, staff were using high-pressure water to clean the area next to where guests were eating. This created unnecessary noise and discomfort and did not provide a relaxing dining atmosphere. Overall, while the hotel has many great facilities, the service and attention to detail need significant improvement.
