I paid 1400 euros to stay 2 nights and 2 days but it's not worth the experience we had

- • The food had so many choices in the buffet breakfast, the room is not a wow factor, for a 5-star hotel guest experience is very important, the bathtub faucet is broken, the shower rod is broken, the sink light is broken, and when we went before our breakfast there was no water in the room to take a bath, we had to wait until there was water. We have booked many hotels but for a 5-star hotel, there are better options than this, they need to upgrade even the TV is old.
