- • Excellent hotel! We stayed twice - before and after jeep trips to the north. The staff is friendly, offering to learn and provide information to tourists - maps, the option to book tours, recommendations for attractions, and more.
A good and convenient choice for Chiang Mai, excellent value for money.
The hotel is pleasant, clean, and the rooms are comfortable. Varied and good breakfast, nice and friendly staff. The pool is nice, the children enjoyed it very much. Self-service laundry facilities are a great advantage! The location is within walking distance to the old town and Nimman neighborhood, and a short grab ride to anywhere. Good value for money! Recommended.

- • The staff is very friendly, but does not provide information on tourist-related matters such as booking tours and trips, city site maps, recommendations for activities, etc. It is easy to supplement this at travel agencies, but having a travel desk at the hotel would be more convenient. Not a significant drawback for us, but we suggest hotel management consider this.

In addition to the standard breakfast menu, three different menus were offered daily, very delicious and varied. All staff at the front desk, restaurant, and rooms were very friendly, making our stay comfortable.

- • The closet in the room is small and without doors, making it look cluttered. There is only one chair, so it might be a bit difficult to relax in the room for a long stay. There may be other types of rooms available.

While the breakfast is quite simple and a car is needed to reach the old town and various tourist sites, the location remains a good base for exploring the region. A very nice overall address.

The hotel is in a very good location, about a 12-minute walk to Nimman Road shopping district and Maya Department Store. Although not in the busiest area, it is quiet at night and not too remote. The hotel is clean and simple. When we requested an extra blanket, the hotel provided it free of charge, which we greatly appreciated.

It’s worth the price. Location is very near to One Nimman and the famous restaurants within walking distance.

- • About disrespectful Chinese people. There are some Chinese groups who didn't learn manners (cutting the line) and how to use common facilities with care. They slammed the laundry machine doors.

Good service attitude, able to handle issues immediately. The room is spacious, with a super big size bed, clean and comfortable. There is also a swimming pool, a great accommodation experience, highly recommended!
