Worth the stay
It’s worth the price. Location is very near to the One Nimman and the famous restaurants within walking distance.

- • About disrespectful Chinese people. There are some Chinese group who didnt learn manners (cut the Q)and how to use common facilities with care. Slammed the laundry machine doors.
The location is very good, you can walk to the famous northern Thai noodles and Nimman business district. There is a paid laundry machine downstairs, very convenient. Good service attitude, any problems can be dealt with immediately. The room is very spacious, the bed is super big size, and clean and comfortable. There is also a swimming pool, a great accommodation experience, highly recommended!!!

Perfect stay in Chiang Mai
Absolutely loved this hotel, we stayed in Thailand for a month and this was one of our nicest stays. Breakfast was great, staff was so kind and welcoming, laundry on site, excellent walking distance to many activities, etc, pool was nice and never too busy.

On-site laundry with detergents you can purchase from the receptionist. Location is not that far from One Nimman, Maya Mall, and Khao Soi Mae Sai. Breakfast is okay, and employees try to do their job properly.

- • English is very limited but they try to help. The interior inside the room is a bit outdated and some window covers need to be changed. Found a piece of hair in the room, but it's just a hair, no biggie.
Price-performance ratio very good
New hotel, breakfast is okay. With Bolt or Grab Taxi, you can quickly get to the city.

- • Rooms are very noisy! Noise from the neighbor and from the elevator is audible, no balconies. Pool is extremely cold, not usable. There could be more variety at breakfast or even something sweet.
