Great location for exploring downtown Alona Beach, restaurants and shopping. Recommend renting units with direct pool access. loved that feature! Would come back to rent same unit type!

- • One area that could be improved is the safety around the pool. Some of the edges on the pool steps are quite sharp, and the flooring around and inside the pool can be very slippery when wet. We feel this could potentially cause accidents, especially for children or older guests. We hope the hotel will look into this, as otherwise the pool area is beautiful and we really enjoyed it.
Exceptional.
We loved the cleanliness of the room, staff are friendly and overall experience was excellent.

- • Hotel could do with bar service plus some entertainment at night. Nearby beach probably caters for that.
