Really enjoy our stay in Henann. I booked 4 rooms.
I’ve used Henann resort in Boracay and the expectation and experiences were really good. That’s the reason I use. Staffs are very friendly especially Arra, Raul and the guards.

- • The smoking area was absolutely nightmare. Smoking in front of the garbage. How I wish they put some benches near where they park the motorcycles. Please don’t forget that although majority of the guest are not smokers, but you can’t put away the person in charge of booking and paying the hotel, maybe a smoker like me. This is constructive criticism and not a negative comment.

Most of them are satisfied, hardware and software. Except for the one point that is not satisfied, a big deduction.

- • New experience in life, tick bites... I don't know where, took a photo by the pool, swam for a while, took a shower, sat on the bed playing with my phone, found an abnormal bulge on my ankle. I felt bad at that time, and sure enough, it was a tick. Pulled it out with effort, asked friends online, it's a tick...
Awful. The staff are unfriendly unhelpful and arrogant and robotic in nature.
The place was adequate but no more. Very far from the beach.

- • The staff were Surly and unhelpful what was particularly bad was the demand for a large deposit to cover consumables upon arrival and being detained (as in not allowed to leave) at check out until the hotel had inspected the room for stolen items.

Excellent location, a few hundred meters from the beach, lots of restaurants nearbye. The staff is smilling, polite and extremely helpfull. Rooms are very big. The pools are nice and large enough to accommodate all guests. A great resort !!
