No concierge services. A person at the front desk arranged transportation to the airport; the car was old, in poor condition, both safety belts were broken, and after 10 minutes, the car broke down. We transferred to a taxi, which charged 15% more than the original quoted price.

The food was good, rooms are clean but old. The valet crashed my car, and I checked out early.

Beautiful historic hotel that could use some updating. Stunning location and beautiful water view from the terrace that unfortunately we couldn't enjoy due to noisy weddings held on the property every night.

Quiet location, food inside the hotel was good. People were generally friendly. This is an old hotel with a lack of maintenance.

Very nice if it weren't for the central air conditioning in the room malfunctioning.
Everything is excellent except for the central air conditioning in the room malfunctioning in the last two days of our stay.

Amazing location, very secure. Rooms are a bit dated but sea views and beach trump all! Away from the hustle and bustle of Alexandria city but still easily accessible. Good quality restaurants.

The hotel is under-maintained, not updated like similar hotels of that age. For example, the plumbing was leaking in the bathroom. Very short-staffed, especially at the breakfast restaurant. The staff was trying to help everyone, but double the amount of staff is needed to provide better service.
