A beautiful hotel in a quieter part of town.
The building itself was beautiful to look at. The rooms were spacious and had what we needed. The area was quiet and the backstreets were beautiful to walk around. The staff were very helpful and assisted us with getting tickets to local attractions, which was helpful for our large group of 14 people. Special thanks to Lâm on the front desk for all your help.

- • We didn’t realise this hotel was not in the ‘tourist’ area of Ha Long City when we booked, and is across the bridge in the more local / administrative area. When I say tourist area I mean the cruise terminal, SunWorld and the beach strip with all the food and entertainment- Bai Chay Beach. This limited walking access to the sights and sounds, however it turned out to be fine, we were still able to find places to eat and there were lots of great coffee shops close by. And it was an easy big grab ride anywhere.

- • The smell on the towels was really unpleasant and the hygiene products were not of quality
Comfortable and clean
The property is nice and welcoming and in a great area outside the main tourist location. Unfortunately, there was a downpour of rain which meant the elevator was broken but it was ok to use the stairs. Staff were very helpful with booking us a tour and a bus to our next location. Thank you!
