Awesome Service
The location is perfect with great restaurants nearby. The room was bigger than expected, and the bed was incredibly soft and comfortable. Breakfast was also delicious. What really stood out to me was the staff. They were so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. When it was time to leave, they even assisted me with my luggage and made sure I got safely into my ride. As a solo female traveler, I truly appreciated their thoughtful service.

The staff, Henry, Allan and another gent were very helpful, accommodating and very friendly and polite. Always smiling. They also prepare the room with flower petals and Swan since I mentioned that we are celebrating our anniversary. Their masseuse is also really good.

- • We have to ask twice for the beddings to be changed. Where at the end, the duvet cover was the same duvet cover for the entire duration of our stay. The cleanliness is so and so, you will notice the molds on the grouting and on the bathroom floor.
Excellent price in the old town
The site is very central, it is clean and the staff is very friendly. If I return to Hanoi, I will return to this hotel without hesitation

Perfect spot in Hanoi old quarter
I loved the location! You are literally close to everything. Massage, food, night market, pharmacy, spa,... The hotel staff was absolutely awesome! Guided me to a delicious restaurant that I loved.

Very friendly and willing to help. The breakfast and spa are quite excellent. Thanks to the young lady and gentlemen at the front desk made the cozy memory in Hanoi.
